Due to globalization, knowledge revolution and the rapid dissemination of new technology have constantly impact and transform the business environment, the business environment have become more dynamics and competitive. Therefore, organization needs to lead the change with new innovative or to adapt to the new change to survive and compete. The importance of knowledge management and fostering learning within the organization has become increasingly important for organization to innovate and adapt to the new changing environment. However, the individual learning process is the roots of organizational learning process. This article aims to find out which styles of leadership help foster individual learning in order to improve organizational learning and leverage organizational learning on knowledge management to help organization innovate and adapt to the new environment constraint. This research will applied meta-analysis to establish the research model and use SEM to analyze the 316 samples collected from organization in various industries in Vietnam.
