| 摘要: | 先導計畫之目標在於了解台灣森林型濕地之基本資訊、整合其所含生物多樣性資源、訂定出台灣適用的濕地分類與分級，及其評估作業之準則，並將森林型濕地的監測作業標準化、普及化，本計畫擬規劃兩年完成，全程目標擬定如下： 一、登錄至少180個森林型濕地之基本屬性(座標、海拔及面積等)，並結合地理資訊系統建置資料庫。二、整合歷年來森林型濕地(含高山湖泊)調查資料。三、蒐集國際濕地分級準則，建立我國森林型濕地的評估準則及調查標準作業流程。四、選訂各分級中具代表性之濕地(第一年9處，第二年新增6處)進行動植物監測及普查。五、編輯完成森林型濕地電子書。六、辦理3場森林型濕地調查技術研習會。
The objects of the pilot project are addressed to figure the basic information, and propose procedures for categorizing and monitoring forest welands in Taiwan. Detail objects are listed below: 一、gthering information for at least 180 forest wetlands, and then integrating to a GIS database. 二、cllecting historical investigation data for forest wetlands. 三、referring to national categorization rules, proposing a rule suitable for Taiwan. 四、monitoring 15 forest wetlands for two years. 五、publishing an ebook. 六、holding three workshops. |
