    Abstract: 國人言翻譯，大抵以英譯中為主。任何翻譯皆不容易，英譯中符合「信達雅」標準者，亦非易事。翻譯文字應以無誤為首要條件，事實上英譯中之誤譯情形相當常見。本文從字義、發音、文法、成語、典故、文化背景、以及譯者之心理因素，略述英中誤譯之形成。
