    Abstract: 本研究主要目的係以高科技公司研發人員為樣本,提出一個以敬業領導為自變項、領導者-成員交換為中介變項、員工建言行為為依變項以及職場友誼為調節變項的跨層級調節中介模型。本研究依據資源保存理論,發展之研究目的如下: 1.探討團體層級敬業領導對員工建言行為有正向影響。2.探討領導者-成員交換能中介團體層級敬業領導對員工建言行為之正向關係。3.探討團體層級職場友誼能正向調節團體層級敬業領導與領導者-成員交換之正向關係。4.探討團體層級職場友誼能正向調節領導者-成員交換與員工建言行為之中介影響。5. 探討通過領導者-成員交換,團體層級敬業領導與員工建言行為之正向關係,在團體層級職場友誼較高時較佳。
