摘要: | 本論文研究生物可分解高分子材料聚丁二酸丁二醇酯添加玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣、高嶺土,經射出機混練均勻形成的高分子複合材料,再探討此複合材料之加工製程、物理性質、機械性質、熱性質、動態機械性質。實驗中所使用的高分子複合材料聚丁二酸丁二醇酯依10、20、30 phr的比例添加玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣、高嶺土放入射出機混之複合物。探討添加不同比例的玻璃纖維粉、滑石粉、碳酸鈣、高嶺土對聚丁二酸丁二醇酯之複合材料的形態學(SEM、粒徑分析、FT-IR、XRD、Raman)、機械性質(硬度、抗張測試、抗折測試以及耐衝擊測試)、物理性質(密度)、熱性質(TGA、DSC、HDT、VST、MI)、及動態機械性質(DMA)之性能和影響上的差異程度。
The purpose of this thesis is to use polybutylene succinate (PBS) incorporating glass fiber powder, talc powder, calcium carbonate, and kaolin. These polymer composites are uniformly mixed through injection molding to form high-performance composite materials. The study further explores the processing, physical properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties, and dynamic mechanical properties of the composite materials. The PBS-based polymer composites were prepared by adding glass fiber powder, talc powder, calcium carbonate, and kaolin in proportions of 10, 20, and 30 phr (parts per hundred resin) and blending them in an injection molding machine. |
