The purpose of this thesis is to use polybutylene succinate (PBS) incorporating glass fiber powder, talc powder, calcium carbonate, and kaolin. These polymer composites are uniformly mixed through injection molding to form high-performance composite materials. The study further explores the processing, physical properties, mechanical properties, thermal properties, and dynamic mechanical properties of the composite materials. The PBS-based polymer composites were prepared by adding glass fiber powder, talc powder, calcium carbonate, and kaolin in proportions of 10, 20, and 30 phr (parts per hundred resin) and blending them in an injection molding machine.
