    Abstract: 敬業領導是近幾年所新興的領導風格,其與員工創造力之間的影響機制仍未被本研究主要目的係以高科技公司研發人員為樣本,提出一個以敬業領導為自變項,團隊敬業為中介變項,員工創造力為依變項以及領導職能為調節變項的跨層級調節中介模型。藉此探討下述研究問題:1.探討團體層級敬業領導對員工創造力是否有正向影響?2.探討團隊敬業是否中介團體層級敬業領導對員工創造力之正向關係?3.探討團體層級領導職能是否正向調節團體層級敬業領導與團隊敬業之正向關係?4.探討團體層級領導職能是否正向調節團隊敬業與員工創造力之中介影響?5.則探討通過團隊敬業,團體層級敬業領導與員工創造力之正向關係,是否在團體層級領導職能較高時較佳?
