If the distributors of the medical equipment industry can make good use of the characteristics of mobile devices, they will enhance the value and efficiency of the industry. This study used expert questionnaires to collect the opinions of 30 experts in the medical field and used Decision Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (FANP) to construct an evaluation model for the selection of distributors in the medical equipment industry. Based on the theoretical basis of outsourcing, transaction costs, and intermediaries, this study established the evaluation framework of four criteria and 25 factors, including credit, cost, mobile commerce service content, and mobile commerce use environment. The result of this study shows that the mobile commerce environment is the most important criterion, and the important dependent variables include delivery time, supply, customer acceptance, logistics cost, operability and stability, etc., which can be provide a reference for organizations to construct mobile commerce systems and select partners.
