    Abstract: 面對咖啡市場的高度競爭,本研究提出連鎖咖啡店強化品牌體驗的研究模型,並以星巴克為主要研究對象。餐飲業中社群媒體行銷和服務創新運用最多為連鎖咖啡店,咖啡店內的社會服務場域更是吸引消費者造訪咖啡館的主因。品牌體驗被發現消費者藉由品牌體驗,更認識品牌,並與品牌建立長久的關係,顧客參與也被發現可以為企業帶來許多益處,品牌體驗與顧客參與值得餐旅學術更深入的探討。本研究因此提出社群媒體行銷、服務創新和社會服務場域,提升對品牌的體驗並與顧客共同創造顧客參與的連鎖咖啡店的品牌體驗模型。本研究並提供實務建議與學術討論。
