    Abstract: 實務上,已有相當多的品牌管理者利用遊戲化機制增進消費者正向態度與從事行為,換言之,遊戲化機制有效地建立,將有助於增進企業營運績效。再者,因全球環境變遷與民眾的環保意識逐漸高漲,故為實現生態環境永續的發展,如何增進人們有效地從事資源回收,儼然成為政府與企業責無旁貸之重要課題。然而,雖然過去研究已證實網站遊戲化機制為影響使用者從事之重要前置因子,但是幾乎鮮少探究遊戲化屬性績效於永續使用者從事行為之不對稱性效果,以及認知-情感態度於其中扮演之角色。因此,藉由關注負向及正向遊戲化機制屬性績效之不對稱效應,本計畫更深入地瞭解使用者對永續從事行為及其產生方式,為永續使用者從事行為提供其價值。
