The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among supervisor transformational leadership, infant teachers' job satisfaction and their happiness at work. This research includes below areas: To analyze the influence of the infant teachers' background to their job satisfactions, their happiness at work and supervisor transformational leadership.To investigate the relationship and predicts the situation among the infant teachers' satisfactions, their happiness at work and supervisor transformational leadership. To discover the infant teachers' job satisfactions has a mediating effect on their happiness at work and supervisor transformational leadership.
The study data is based on the questionnaire survey method. The survey is taken at 89 public infant schools in New Taipei City. It was taken by 989 infant teachers, 167 incomplete or invalid questionnaires were removed, and 752 valid questionnaires were obtained.
The obtained data were analyzed using SPSS Statistical software, Descriptive Statistics, One-way analysis of variance, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Regression. Summarizing the analysis and conclusions in below:
1. Infant teachers with different background variables have no difference in perceived supervisor transformational leadership, infant teachers' job satisfaction and happiness at work.Only infant teachers with different marital status have some differences in their happiness at work.
2. infant teachers' perception of supervisor transformation leadership, infant teachers' job satisfaction and their happiness at work are positively correlated.
3. supervisor transformational leadership, infant teachers' job satisfaction and happiness at work have a positive impact.
4. infant teachers' job satisfaction has a mediating interference effect on supervisor transformational leadership and infant teachers' happiness at work.
Summarizing the research results, the following recommendations are made for center supervisors, nursery personnel, and competent authorities:
1. Center supervisors should demonstrate transformational leadership energy and provide empowerment and empowerment work support to nursery staff.
2. Nursery personnel should affirm their self-worth and make childcare work a part of their career planning.
3. The competent authority shall pay attention to the rights and interests of nursery personnel, and improve wages and benefits.
