究場域是封閉性的家園,行動研究的期程很短暫,成效難以評估,但是如果能激發團隊對共親職知能的自我察覺與行動,持續以滾動式的分享討論及溝通對話形成一種家園的文化,工作團隊的情感連結或安全依附就會越加穩固,以家庭為中心的兒少照顧就能落實。
The qualities of coparenting relationship directly influence parenting and child adjustment, as well as indirectly through parental adjustment. Parental adjustment is constructed by parental efficacy and parenthood. The research is motivated from my working field, from the perspectives of practitioners' parenting models. It is expected to develop a common process through practitioners' involvement to practice coparenting continually in the field. In the meantime, to summarize what conditions good for coparenting and what factors adverse to the practice.
The strategy and steps of this action study begin to explore the factors which affect parenting and coparenting status in the field; then assign action plan to build coparenting by case studies; finally evaluation of action plan. The study period is from January 2021for five months. The findings of the study are as below. Practitioners' parenthood identity is not recognized at work. Parenting style is individualized by practitioners' expertise and experience. Coparenting is yet to build due to poor communication skills.
This action study lasts for 5 months in a special group home. The research findings are for management's reference to keep coparenting as regular practice at task in order to escalate the quality of placement.
