    Abstract: 許多營養素與多酚類具有免疫調節作用,有可能改變對SARS-CoV-2感染、症狀進展、疾病嚴重的可能性和存活率。本綜合回顧主要針對相關慢性疾病、營養性問題、營養成分與多酚類及其對SARS-CoV-2的影響作綜論分析。相關慢性疾病包括:超重(over weight)、肥胖(obesity)和糖尿病(diabetes mellitus);營養性問題包括:蛋白質-能量營養不良(protein-energy malnutrition)和貧血(anemia);營養成分包括:維生素C、D和E;多不飽和脂肪酸、鐵、硒、鋅與抗氧化劑(antioxidants)等;多酚類(polyphenols)主要包括:黃酮類(flavonoids)如:黄酮醇(flavonols)、黃烷酮(flavanone)、花青素(anthocyanidins)與非黃酮類(non-flavonoids)如:單寧(tannins)、酚酸(phenolic acids)、芪(stilbenes)、糖苷(glucosides)等。其中以具有特定結構的聚丙烯酸酯化花青素(polyacrylate-containing anthocyanins)、可水解單寧,可用作有效的抗SARS-CoV-2天然成分。而目前關於天然植物功效的實驗研究集中在多酚對SARS-CoV-2治療的潛力。
    Many nutrients and polyphenols have immunomodulatory effects, which may change the possibility of SARS-CoV-2 infection, symptom progression, the severity of disease, and survival rate. This review mainly focuses on related chronic diseases, nutritional problems, nutrient component and polyphenols, and their effects on SARS-CoV-2. Related chronic diseases include: overweight, obesity, and diabetes mellitus; nutritional problems include: protein-energy malnutrition and anemia; nutrient component include: vitamin C, D, and E; polyunsaturated fatty acids, iron, selenium, zinc, and antioxidants, etc.; polyphenols mainly include: flavonoids such as flavonols, flavanones, anthocyanidins, and non-flavonoids such as tannins, phenolic acids, stilbenes, glucosides, etc. Among them, polyacrylate-containing anthocyanins and hydrolyzable tannins with specific structures can be used as effective anti-SARS-CoV-2 natural ingredients. The current experimental research on the efficacy of natural plants focuses on the therapeutic potential of polyphenols against SARS-CoV-2.
