在現今網路與競爭人才的時代,運用尋職者重視的關鍵因素,制訂有效的誘因機制以提升組織吸引力,進而研擬有效的招募徵才規劃,國軍在正面形象塑造上也運用了相當多策略,不論是在平面媒體或是電子媒體中都可以看到國軍的形象文宣、形象廣告,但是何種關鍵因素對加入國軍有興趣之青年招生較具吸引力,從探討招募關鍵因素為基礎,採用專家訪談方式及相關文獻探討進行研究。最後,根據研究結果提出結論,以提供國軍後續招募行銷規劃及未來之研究參考。
