本文主要探討個案公司 - L公司引進SFC及CIMS系統之後,藉以瞭解系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質、及使用滿意度,之間的關係。
經由文獻探討之後,獲得系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質、及使用滿意之研究架構。設定研究方法、問卷設計、問卷發放與回收、統計分析,本文研究方法為問卷調查法,使用線上問卷填寫,發放150份問卷,回收有效問卷145份,並使用多種分析數據進行探討。
研究經由數據發現,系統品質對服務品質具有顯著正向影響,資訊品質對服務品質具有顯著正向影響,系統品質對使用滿意度具有顯著正向影響,資訊品質對使用滿意度具有顯著正向影響,服務品質對系統品質與使用滿意度具有部分中介效果,服務品質對資訊品質與使用滿意度具有中介效果。
