| 摘要: | 親職教育就是一門教導父母如何瞭解與滿足子女身心發展需求，善盡父母職責，以協助子女有效成長、適應與發展的學問。學校是幼兒離開家庭的第一個社交的領域，也是家長最適當且最能深入了解學習親職教育的地方。
本研究主要目的在探討：1.家長對於親職教育效能之現況及需求情形。2.家長雙方的關係是否因教育方式、教育理念相同變得更為密切，家庭氣氛更為融洽和諧。3.幼兒園該如何提升教職員親職教育的專業知識及技能。4.幼兒園對於親職教育是如何從中協助家長、輔導家長及最終的成效為何。
本研究採用半結構式訪談法，依據訪談後分析歸納之結果為：1.提升家長的親職教育觀念，以幫助家長教育知識的成長。2.提高幼兒園教職員的專業知識及技能，以有效溝通方式來協助家長。3.建立家長和學校擁有良性的互動，成為教育上的互助夥伴。4.幫助家長了解學校的運作，增進家長對學校教育的信心。5.協助家長學習各種教育方式，追求自我需求，讓家長在適當的時機，用正確的方式教育子女。6.指導家長如何扮演好父母的角色，發揮家庭功能，讓家庭更為和諧美滿。
