摘要:	親職教育就是一門教導父母如何瞭解與滿足子女身心發展需求，善盡父母職責，以協助子女有效成長、適應與發展的學問。學校是幼兒離開家庭的第一個社交的領域，也是家長最適當且最能深入了解學習親職教育的地方。本研究主要目的在探討：1.家長對於親職教育效能之現況及需求情形。2.家長雙方的關係是否因教育方式、教育理念相同變得更為密切，家庭氣氛更為融洽和諧。3.幼兒園該如何提升教職員親職教育的專業知識及技能。4.幼兒園對於親職教育是如何從中協助家長、輔導家長及最終的成效為何。本研究採用半結構式訪談法，依據訪談後分析歸納之結果為：1.提升家長的親職教育觀念，以幫助家長教育知識的成長。2.提高幼兒園教職員的專業知識及技能，以有效溝通方式來協助家長。3.建立家長和學校擁有良性的互動，成為教育上的互助夥伴。4.幫助家長了解學校的運作，增進家長對學校教育的信心。5.協助家長學習各種教育方式，追求自我需求，讓家長在適當的時機，用正確的方式教育子女。6.指導家長如何扮演好父母的角色，發揮家庭功能，讓家庭更為和諧美滿。 Parental education is a study that teaches parents how to un-derstand and meet their children’s physical and mental development needs and fulfills their parental responsibilities to help their children grow, adapt, and develop effectively. School is the first social field for young children to leave their families, and it is also the most appropriate and deepest place for parents to learn parenting education. The main purpose of this research is to discuss: 1. The current situation and demand situation of parents for the effectiveness of parent education. 2. Whether the relationship between the parents has become closer due to the same education method and educational philosophy, and the family atmosphere is more harmonious and harmonious. 3. How should kindergartens enhance the professional knowledge and skills of the staff's vocational education. 4. How does kindergarten assist parents in parental education, counseling parents and the results. This study uses a semi-structured interview method, based on the analysis of the post-interview analysis, parents in order to allow their children to have a better physical and mental development, so through different learning channels, learn the professional knowledge of parenting education, and then understand the parents through parenting education The following results can be effectively achieved: 1. Enhance the parent's concept of parental education to help parents grow their educational knowledge. 2. Improve the professional knowledge and skills of kindergarten teachers and assist parents with effective communication. 3. Establish a benign interaction between parents and schools and become a mutual aid partner in education. 4. Help parents understand the operation of the school and increase their confidence in school education. 5. Assist parents to learn various education methods, pursue their own needs, and let parents educate their children in the right way at the right time. 6. Instruct parents how to play the role of good parents, play family functions, and make the family more harmonious and happier.
