Exercise fatigue is an indicator of the effectiveness of exercise training. The purpose of this study was to explore the mechanism of exercise fatigue and the effective ways of recovery by means of military physical combat skills training, which has been used as reference for future military training. It also aimed to understand the military’s life and military physical combat skills training current situation, and to provide the ways and recommendations of exercise fatigue recovery. The conclusion of the study was that officers and trainers at all levels should realize exercise fatigue and recovery practices, reassess training programs, which should be timely adjusted and corrected. As a result, the military could not only accept both hard work and training tasks at the same time, but also maintain personal physical and mental health, and furthermore enhance the overall military combat capability.
