本研究探討心理賦能對組織承諾及情緒耗竭的影響,其次,探討組織承諾對情緒耗竭之關係,最後,有鑑於目前觀光旅館工作人員正職、實習生人力相輔為用的普遍現象,故本研究亦將正職與實習生共同納入探討對象。本研究以觀光旅館人員為對象共發放300份問卷,回收243份,扣除36份無效問卷,最後有效問卷為207份。經SPSS21統計軟體進行資料分析。檢驗發現心理賦能對情緒耗竭有負向影響作用、對組織承諾有正向影響作用,另組織承諾對情緒耗竭有負向影響作用。最後,根據研究結果提出建議並提供業界日後管理之參考依據。
This study explores the impact of psychological empowerment on organizational commitment and emotional exhaustion. In this study, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to hotel staff, and 243 were collected, and 36 invalid questionnaires were deducted. The last there are 209 ques-tionnaires valid. Data analysis was performed by SPSS21. The test found that psycho-logical empowerment has a negative impact on emotional exhaustion, has a positive im-pact on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has a negative impact on emotional exhaustion.
Finally, recommendations are made based on the results, and the reference basis for future management of the industry is provided.
