ABSTRACT
Recently, the requirement of social benefit becomes complex with the progress of the overall economic environment. It is inability to resolve all problems by the traditional organization such as public sector and private sector. The purpose of this study is to investigate the business model of Nonprofit Organization in Taiwan and analyze the issue about how they draw up the innovative strategy to adapt to the change of the world. Therefore, the study is performed by a case study.
The data of this study is collect from Beautiful Taiwan Non-Governmental Organization by using the case analysis method. The result about the business model and the innovative strategy in the future of Beautiful Taiwan Non-Governmental Organization that was obtained and hope to be the useful information for Nonprofit Organization management or the further research.
