本研究係利用回收之廢新聞用紙為原料,透過紙漿生產、紙漿脫黑及熱壓成板等 過程製造成纖維板,並且藉由改變纖維板構成之密度,探討產品之最佳製造條件與機械性質 。結果顯示,在密度0.6 g/cm�艦H上時,纖維板可得到較佳之成型性與較穩定之機械性質。 並且,隨著密度的提高,纖維板之靜曲強度、耐壓縮強度、拉伸強度及吸水厚度膨脹率均升 高,而含水率與吸水率則會隨之下降。
This research take the recycled newspaper as material. According to the process of pulp producing, deinking, hot pressing and make the fiber board. By changing the density of the fiber board, we discuss the mechanical properties and the best forming conditions. The result indicated that when the density of fiber board is over 0.6, the sample has better molding ability and the mechanical properties are also become stable. According to the increasing of density, the mechanical properties of the sample are also incresing. But the absorbability and connonation of water are decreasing.
