    Title: 地下連續壁施工階段之工地管理-以文化大學再興大樓爲例

    Abstract: 地下連續壁既可做爲地下開挖時之擋土設備,又可做爲地下室完成後之永久壁體,是目前台灣廣泛採用的工法之一。本工法自國外引進至今也已逾二十年,但施工水準多年來卻一直未獲改善,施工中工程災害的發生,施工後之品質低下……等等缺失時有所聞。究其原因以人爲因素居多,也就是事前的施工計劃不夠週祥,施工中工地管理疏鬆所造成。
    本研究以中國文化大學再興大樓地下連續壁工程爲主要調查對象,希望藉由此一案例的研究,提供施工者在未來從事相同工程時,對施工計劃的擬定、工地管理、品質控制、公害防止等事項,能夠加以重視。本研究之主要內容包括以下三部分:
    1.檢討工地既行之狀況:
    針對工地現場之作業環境,現存問題做一檢討。
    2.改善方案的提出:
    根據以上發現的缺失,提出品質控制、公害防止等改善計劃。
    重新繪製施工計劃圖:
    本工程雖已由施工單位繪製施工計劃圖,但內容未盡完備。因此配合各項影響因素及現場狀況,重繪完備之施工計劃圖。
    The Underground Diaphragm Wall, with its earth retaining capability in cutting and its capacity as the permanent wall after construction, is popular in Taiwan. Although it has been introduced into this country for more than 20 years, its engeering plagues of calamity damage, poor construction quality and others remain challenges. These problem are largely ascribable to insufficient scheme of execution and poor execution, execution management, quality control and pollution control for future use.
    This study shall fall into 3 categories
    1. Investigation of the present field situation the field work environment and the present problems will studied.
    2. proposal of improvements: the problems found in the above investigation will be tackled and plans to improve the quality control and pollution control will be presented.
    3. Redrawing Execution Scheme:
    Since the Execution Scheme Drawing provided by the builder is anything but complete, it will be redrawed with the consideration of various factors and the field environment.
