    Abstract: 本計畫擬與新港鄉農會合作,針對新港鄉洋桔梗銷日切花,進行下列之研究。首先,由於日本拍賣市場之競爭日趨激烈,故研究初期擬先界定目前洋桔梗空運外銷業者面對之採收後處理問題。其次,設法改善洋桔梗空運銷日切花之採收後處理流程,並研發相關之採收後處理預措及運送期間之保鮮藥劑配方。具體而言,本計畫所建立之採收後處理流程,預計可改善洋桔梗切花採收後品質達20%以上。進而提升台灣洋桔梗切花在日趨嚴苛之日本市場中的競爭優勢,並具體提高銷日洋桔梗切花於日本拍賣市場價格,增加農民收益。
    The improvement of the postharvest quality of cut Eustoma flowers exported by air in Shin Garng area will be studied. Firstly, according to the intense competition in Japan auction market, the main problems of exported cut Eustoma flowers will be identified and addressed. Then the formula of pretreatment solution to improve the postharvest quality of cut Eustoma flowers will be developed. In summary, the results of the present study will increase the competitive advantage of Taiwan’s cut Eustoma flowers exported to Japan by air and raise the farmer’s income.
