課後照顧是屬於延後學習,在教育部法規下,有學校自辦和民間辦理兩種,關於課後照顧的研究大部分比較有無參加補習或課後照顧(安親班或課後班)的差異性(曾秀娟,2008;鄭望崢,1987;謝文德,2006),較少探討加入學校公私協力的課後照顧此方案的影響,因此,本研究即以非營利組織推動國小兒童課後照顧服務為研究主題,針對參與兒童課後服務的非營利組織以公私協力方式參與課後照顧服務狀況做進一步的探討。
After-school care is part of the learning delay in the Ministry of Education regulations, there are two ways which run by schools and conducted by civil,the majority of researches on after-school care compare the differences whether students participate tutoring or after school care (daycare or after-school classes) (Zeng Xiujuan, 2008; Zheng Wang Zheng, 1987; Xie Wende, 2006), less discussion in the influences by adding public-private partnership to after-school care, therefore, this study is titled as “ Non-profit organization to promote after-school care services for children”, and it’s for nonprofit organizations to participate in after-school services for children in the community to participate in after-school care conditions for further discussion.
