In the process of dyeing polyester fibers in the appeal characteristics are evenly colored cloth does not destroy the physical aspects of the mechanical properties of the fabric, and therefore rationalize the design process must be combined with fabrics, dyes, dyeing machine features three parameters, in order to enhance dyeing quality.
This study aimed to explore different forms of research on the elastic polyester dyeing machine dyeing of fabrics. The curve used in different dyed white, light, dark in color and dyeing conditions, respectively, under the fixed nozzle pressure dyeing machine, cloth wheel speed, water and other mechanical conditions laid down style overflow flow dyeing machine dyeing process.
