    Title: 上、下走式溢流染色機對聚酯纖維染色性之影響

    Abstract: 聚酯纖維在染色的過程中訴求的特性是布面上色均勻並不破壞織物物理方面的機械性質,因此在合理化設計的製程中必須要結合纖維織物、染料、染色機三種參數特性,才能提升染色品質。
    本研究旨在探討不同形式的溢流染色機對彈性聚酯織物的染色性之研究。將不同的染著曲線應用於白色、淺色、中色與深色的染色條件,在固定染色機的噴嘴壓力、布輪速度、水量…等各項機械條件下分別在上、下走式溢流染色機進行染整程序。結果發現在上、下走式溢流染色機的顏色變化有明顯趨勢證明,上走式染色機所產出之顏色較下走式染色機淺,更發現彈性織物的彈性、伸長量、回復力因溫度變化與不同形式的溢流染色機之噴嘴壓力有顯著的變化,證明了不同形式的溢流染色機對於彈性織物的顏色、物理性質有顯著的影響。

    In the process of dyeing polyester fibers in the appeal characteristics are evenly colored cloth does not destroy the physical aspects of the mechanical properties of the fabric, and therefore rationalize the design process must be combined with fabrics, dyes, dyeing machine features three parameters, in order to enhance dyeing quality.
    This study aimed to explore different forms of research on the elastic polyester dyeing machine dyeing of fabrics. The curve used in different dyed white, light, dark in color and dyeing conditions, respectively, under the fixed nozzle pressure dyeing machine, cloth wheel speed, water and other mechanical conditions laid down style overflow flow dyeing machine dyeing process. The results showed that the color change style overflow dyeing machine laid down a clear trend has proved that the color output of the Down-propelled dyeing machine dyeing machine than the shallow, but found that the elastic elastic fabric elongation, the restoring force due to temperature changes and different forms of nozzle pressure overflow dyeing machine has a significant change, proved different forms of overflow dyeing machine has a significant effect on the color of elastic fabric physical properties.
