In this study, we are trying to import the concept of competitive advantage and inter-national, to explore the impact of foreign the entry mode. Since 1991, Taiwan's government invested in China. At the same time there has significant growth in case and money. On the other hand, Southeast Asia is also growing very soon. Therefore, we chose the Taiwan Manufacturers who invested in China and Southeast Asia.
We review the relevant literature in the past, building a complete research frame-work to explore the competitive advantage and internationalization t about of joint willingness.
According to Sullivan (1994) proposed three constructs, including nine targets to measure to measure the degree of internationalization. Competitive advantage is based on distinctive, collective, dynamic. And select defines three industries (textile industry food industry, electronic components industry) to analyze.
