One hypothesis is that job resources have a direct negative effect on psychological resources consumption; the other is job resources are a buffer between job requirements and workers’burnout. The job requirements, job resources, psychological resources consumption and physical and mental health of workers are as variables of the questionnaire survey in this project, and through the analysis of empirical data, this will test the hypotheses. The achievement of this project will provide the suggestion to job design and organizational development interventions.
