The findings are as follows: first, the principal employees at levels significantly higher than to send staff psychological contract, and on organizational culture and teamwork is not significantly different, second, Organizational culture and employee's psychological contract and the teamwork between associate degrees. Three organizational culture for the psychological contract and the team has good effect; four, the psychological contract and team work with partial mediating effect of organizational culture. Based on the findings presented in this study are as follows: first, the proposal to send staff agree that organizational culture which makes teamwork relationship deepens; second, the enterprise should attach importance to the establishment of organizational culture and employee's psychological contract three proposals through raising the psychological contract of dispatched personnel to enhance personnel and their principal staff teamwork.
