    Title: 組織文化對派遣人員與正職人員之團隊合作關係影響研究—以心理契約為中介變項

    Abstract: 本研究目的為探討正職員工與派遣員工對組織文化、心理契約與團隊合作之認知;探討正職員工與派遣員工對組織文化、心理契約與團隊合作之關聯性;探討組織文化及心理契約對團隊合作之影響;探討心理契約對組織文化及團隊合作之中介效果。以派遣員工及正職員工為研究對象,透過問卷調查法進行資料蒐集。總計回收345份有效問卷,而進一步分析獲致結果。

    研究結果發現如下:一、正職員工在心理契約層次上明顯高於派遣員工,而在組織文化及團隊合作上則無明顯差異;二、企業組織文化與員工心理契約以及團隊合作間具有中度關聯性。;三、組織文化對於心理契約及團隊合作具有良好預測效果;四、心理契約對於組織文化及團隊合作具有部分中介效果。本研究依據研究結論提出建議如下:一、建議使派遣員工認同企業組織文化進而使得團隊合作關係加深;二、企業應重視組織文化的建立以及員工心理契約;三、建議透過提升派遣員工的心理契約進而提升派遣人員與正職人員團隊合作關係。

    The purpose of this study was to investigate their principal employees and send staff on organizational culture, team work cognitive and psychological contract; explore the principal employees and send staff on organizational culture, correlation of the psychological contract and the teamwork; exploring organizational cultures and the effects of psychological contract on teamwork study of psychological contract on organization culture Group mediating effect of team cooperation. To send staff and their principal staff members as objects of study, data collected through the questionnaire. Total recycling 345 valid questionnaires, and further analysis of the results.

    The findings are as follows: first, the principal employees at levels significantly higher than to send staff psychological contract, and on organizational culture and teamwork is not significantly different, second, Organizational culture and employee's psychological contract and the teamwork between associate degrees. Three organizational culture for the psychological contract and the team has good effect; four, the psychological contract and team work with partial mediating effect of organizational culture. Based on the findings presented in this study are as follows: first, the proposal to send staff agree that organizational culture which makes teamwork relationship deepens; second, the enterprise should attach importance to the establishment of organizational culture and employee's psychological contract three proposals through raising the psychological contract of dispatched personnel to enhance personnel and their principal staff teamwork.
