    Abstract: 本計畫之目的為利用已受評估之本地栽種之樹薯,經收割、加工後調製成家禽飼料以餵飼肉雞。計畫擬委託農戶種植本地生產之樹薯,採收後加工並進行營養成分分析,配製成飼料,進行肉雞之生長試驗,評估以樹薯替代玉米之飼糧配方之可行性及動物之生長性能表現。
    The purpose of this study is to utilize the local produced cassava as poultry feedstuff. Cassava have been planted by local farmer, after one year of cultivation, cassava will be harvested and processed into feedstuff. The nutrient compositions will be analyzed and used for feed formulation. A special ration including cassava for broiler chicken will be formulated and evaluated for the growth performance of the broiler chickens or Taiwan country chickens.
