由每年工作場所的意外與傷亡的數字顯示,如何降低工作場所的意外仍然是主要的議題,而藉由組織安全績效之衡量可以協助評估組織整體安全表現。在組織成員中消防人員屬高風險職務並與安全績效有關。然而過去研究指出,情感與安全績效間的關係仍須釐清。再者,過去有關安全績效的研究大多傾向於前因變項個人因素之異同或情境因素來探討,很少二者加以探討。因此,本計畫從擴建理論的觀點,探討消防隊員自我的韌性與壓抑在正負向情感對安全績效之影響過程中所扮演的中介角色。再者,本計畫採用干擾路徑分析法,進一步探討主管活力在正負向情感對安全績效之影響的中介歷程所扮演的干擾角色。本研究計畫以第一線服務之消防隊員為問卷發放對象,並從中部四縣市消防局中,抽取消防隊員600人作為本研究樣本,本研究採配對方式進行,由1位主管與其3位隊員配對成1組。本研究計畫預期研究成果主要為:一、瞭解正向情感、負向情感對安全績效的影響效果。二、瞭解韌性、壓抑對正負向情感與安全績效關係的中介效果。三、瞭解主管活力對正負向情感、韌性、壓抑與安全績效關係的影響。期使研究計畫的成果能提供學術界與實務界發展安全績效之參考,藉以降低職場意外與傷亡事件的發生。
By the number of accident and casualties appeared yearly in work site, it show that how to reduce the said accident in the workshop is still a principal topic for discussion and that under the measure of the organization safety performance, it may be in favor of estimating the performance of the whole safety in the organization. Among the members in the organization, the fireman is classified into a position of high risk and related to the safety performance. However, in the past research, it pointed out that it should clear up the relations between affect and safety performance. Furthermore, the most study of safety performance in the past tended to research for the difference of personal factor of antecedent variables or environment factor, but few studies on the two issues together. It’s therefore that this project is under the view of extension theory, to research for the character that a fire fighter played in the course of resilience of his own selfishness and suppression on positive/negative affect. In addition, An interfering path analysis is adopted in this project to further explore the interference role that the leader’s vigor contagion played in the process of medium influenced on safety performance by positive/negative affect. This study samples that the firemen service in the front line and give them the questionnaire, and 600 firemen from the fire bureaus of 4 cities in central Taiwan were sampled in the study. Each team consists of 1 chief and 3 members. The studied achievement will be as follows: 1.To understand how positive and native affect influence on safety performance results is. 2.To understand how medium effect of the relations between the positive/negative affect under resilience, and suppression is.3.To understand the influence on positive/negative affect, resilience, suppression and safety performance caused by a leader’s vigor contagion. It is expected that the result of this study could be referred to the development of safety performance in academic circles and practice and cut down the accident and casualties in the work sites.
