The economical change of Globalization made Taiwan change industrial structure from an agricultural economy, industrial economy to service economy nowadays. With the progress of times, innovation management, employee diversity, and technological progress, so that practitioners managers have to adapt to new management and development. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to explore whether the relationship between organizational learning culture and organizational commitment for the travel employees.
In this study, convenience sampling is used. The sampling objects are tourism industry employees in Taipei district. Besides, it uses correlation analysis, t-test, analysis of variance and regression analysis. So far, there are no similarities research with this study, therefore the study expects the result could offer the part of human resource knowledge of tourism industry. It hoped to provide tourism industry a new human resource system as reference, making planning is being thorough and bring positive effect.
