    Title: 旅行社從業人員之學習型組織文化與組織社會化對組織承諾之影響

    Abstract: 「全球化」的經濟轉變,使得台灣的產業結構從農業經濟、工業經濟,進而轉變至現今的「服務業經濟」之型態,而提升服務業人才的基本素質是台灣服務業的競爭力提升的目標之一。隨著時代的進步,管理的創新、員工的多樣性和技術的進步導致從業管理者不能再故步自封,而必須適應新的管理和發展。旅行業之商品以「人」為主要服務來源,其服務品質亦以員工的專業性及服務熱忱為最大之影響,因此旅行業人力資源之素質與訓練為此行業最重要成敗因素之一。本研究針對旅行業從業人員之學習型組織文化、組織社會化與組織承諾之關係進行實證研究,並採用便利抽樣進行問卷調查,以執業於台北市綜合與甲種旅行業之從業人員為研究對象;分析工具使用SPSS 18.0版統計軟體。
    本研究共計發放400份問卷,總計有效回收樣本為357份。研究結果發現:一、旅行社從業人員之學習型組織文化正向影響組織承諾;二、旅行社從業人員之學習型組織文化正向影響組織社會化;三、旅行社從業人員之組織社會化正向影響組織承諾。

    The economical change of Globalization made Taiwan change industrial structure from an agricultural economy, industrial economy to service economy nowadays. With the progress of times, innovation management, employee diversity, and technological progress, so that practitioners managers have to adapt to new management and development. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to explore whether the relationship between organizational learning culture and organizational commitment for the travel employees.
    In this study, convenience sampling is used. The sampling objects are tourism industry employees in Taipei district. Besides, it uses correlation analysis, t-test, analysis of variance and regression analysis. So far, there are no similarities research with this study, therefore the study expects the result could offer the part of human resource knowledge of tourism industry. It hoped to provide tourism industry a new human resource system as reference, making planning is being thorough and bring positive effect.
