本論文提出了紡口組件的設計，在噴絲板上喂入兩種不同的組份，出紡口後在同一束紗內包含兩種組份的異型纖維斷面。將聚丙烯纖維與聚酯纖維複合後進行仿棉感加工，以不同PP MI 組合與不同PET IV組合，使具有異收縮特性，來探討織物是否具有更佳豐厚性及保溫性。結果顯示，PP MI10/MI80 和PET IV0.52 / IV0.82，有最佳的豐厚性及保暖性。而聚丙烯以原液染色方式紡製原絲，在後製程再染聚酯組份則織物可呈現雜色調的效果。
