    摘要: 本論文提出了紡口組件的設計，在噴絲板上喂入兩種不同的組份，出紡口後在同一束紗內包含兩種組份的異型纖維斷面。將聚丙烯纖維與聚酯纖維複合後進行仿棉感加工，以不同PP MI 組合與不同PET IV組合，使具有異收縮特性，來探討織物是否具有更佳豐厚性及保溫性。結果顯示，PP MI10/MI80 和PET IV0.52 / IV0.82，有最佳的豐厚性及保暖性。而聚丙烯以原液染色方式紡製原絲，在後製程再染聚酯組份則織物可呈現雜色調的效果。
    This paper presents the components of the design of the spinneret, spinneret board feeding two different components, the spinning mouth shaped fiber cross-section with a bunch of yarn contains two components. Polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber composite sense of imitation cotton processing, different PP the MI combination with different PET IV of combinations, so that those with different shrinkage characteristics to explore the fabric better rich and insulation. The results of PP of MI10/MI80 and PET IV0.52 / IV0.82, the best of the rich and warm. Polypropylene dope dyed way spinning original silk dyed polyester group the fabric to show the effect of the hybrid tone in the latter part of the process.
