    Title: 十二週有氧舞蹈課程對健康體適能之影響

    Abstract: 研究旨在探討十二週有氧舞蹈課程前、後健康體適能之差異情形;以62位銘傳大學三年級體育選項舞蹈班之學生(年齡21.16±0.38歲,身高158.36±2.76公分,體重50.42±6.75公斤)為對象,實施健康體適能測驗,統計資料以SPSS10.1套裝軟體處理,結果發現:一、經過12週的有氧舞蹈課程後,身體質量指數由19.63±2.42增為19.76±2.44(t=2.65, p<.05);脂肪百分比由23.17±4.38增為23.88±4.63(t=4.87, p<.05),皆有顯著差異。身體質量指數與體脂肪百分比等雖未減少,但皆在標準範圍內。二、柔軟度由30.02±9.27公分增為31.98±8.52公分(t=3.82, p<.05);仰臥起坐由24.54±7.63次,增為27.53±8.14次(t=7.6l, p<.05);800公尺跑走由292.63±29.59秒,減為 283.30±25.61秒(t=-3.63, p<.05),皆有顯著差異。易言之,有氧舞蹈課程後,學生在柔軟度、肌耐力、心肺耐力等皆獲得改善。
