    時代與環境氛圍對一個畫家來說是不可分割的,每一位畫家都脫離不了環境的影響,透過各種不同的環境氛圍,畫家的創作思維隨之變化良多,使得從事繪畫創作的筆者對此深感興趣。
    從小就生長在都市環境裡的筆者,覺得夜晚的城市景色特別地迷人,有著和白天完全不同的氛圍,可寧靜、也可燦爛繽紛,有一種跳脫現實生活的虛幻感。在西洋美術史上,專門以夜景為主題的作品非常少見,所以筆者以夜景為創作主軸,是一種嘗試跟挑戰,也是一種時代性的象徵。畫面取景地點都是以台北為主,對筆者來說最有感情、最熟悉的夜景,是生活裡的一部分,這也讓筆者產生了繪畫創作動機,開始創作一系列以夜景作為題材的創作作品。
    本論文以筆者四年來的繪畫創作,再輔以歐姬芙(Georgia O'Keeffe, 1887-1986)與藍碧卡(Tamara de Lempicka, 1898-1980)的夜晚氛圍和城市特色作品與理論、創作形式與內容,作一統整的分析與論述。
    本論文共分六章:第一章為緒論;第二章論述歐姬芙、藍碧卡所處的環境與創作思維之間的關聯性;第三章分析比較風景畫裡,白天與夜晚的畫作之特色;第四章說明筆者的創作學理基礎與內容呈現;第五章說明筆者作品裡的創作形式的呈現;第六章為結論,闡述筆者的創作的省思與展望。

    Abstract
    The era and the environmental atmosphere can't be divided for a painter. Every single painter is not able to avoid the influence of the environment. Different environments give the painter different thinking to create. Thus, the author of artistic creation is deeply interested in this.
    The author who has been raised up in the city considers the night scene of the city is really fascinating. It is completely different from the day scenes. The night scenes can be peaceful and splendid. There's a kind of illusion to free people from the realistic life. There are few painters paint the night scenes in western art, therefore, it's a shot and challenge, also a symbol of the times for the author who take night scenes as their first place creation. The author always finds the view for his works in Taipei city, because it makes the author emotional and familiar with. It's also a part of his life. It becomes his motive to create a serial night scene works.
    The analyses and discussion of this thesis is based on the author's works in the past 4 years, and the theory and night scene paintings of Georgia O'Keeffe (1887-1986) and Tamara de Lempicka (1898-1980).
    There are 6 chapters in this thesis.
    Chapter 1 is preface. Chapter 2 is the relationship of the environment and the creative thinking of Georgia O'Keeffe and Tamara de Lempicka. Chapter 3 is to tell from the differences between day scene and night scene, and to analyze it. Chapter 4 is to expound the author's artistic creation basis. Chapter 5 is to explain the author's presentation and style. Chapter 6 is a conclusion of author's introspections and anticipations.
