When enterprises face globalization and technological changes rapid of the environmental changes, unpredictability factors increase with each passing day, organization gradually pay attention to responsibility, autonomy, and innovative behavior that employee in organization. This research uses organizational politics factor as independent variable, probe into the organizational politics through the medium of the workplace friendship influence the relationship between performance behaviors.
The grand total provides 400 questionnaires and took back 390 pieces, the rate of recovery was 97.5%, after view the effective questionnaires were 372 pieces, the effective rate of recovery was 93%, The questionnaires were analyzed by a variety of statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics analysis, confirmatory factory analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis in this research. According to analysis, the result show that “go along to get ahead” of organizational politics is significantly and negatively influence on “friendship prevalence” of workplace friendship; “pay and promotion policies” is significantly and negatively influence on “friendship prevalence” and “friendship opportunity”; “friendship opportunity” is significantly and positively influence on “IRB”, “OCBI” and “OCBO”.
