In order to create the best performance and market share, the social networks will be the most important part. When the employee has weak social network, it will damage company profit. Therefore, it is important for company to choose employee who has the best social network. In this paper we want to examine the relationship between internal personality and social network. Study and adopt the convenient way of sampling, send out 420 questionnaires together, among them the valid questionnaire is 281, the rate of recovery of effective sample is 66.9%. Utilize SPSS to count the software as the analysis tool of basic
research.
Result of study find that there are positive relationships among internal personality,social network relationship as well as social network contact. In comparison with above finding, a negative relationship between internal personality and frequency of social network contact
