    Title: 內控人格特質與社會網絡關係之探討

    Abstract: 在全球化的趨勢之下企業的經營方式的日漸複雜與多變。為了創造最佳的經營績效以及市場佔有率,社會網絡的關係將是最重要的一環。當個人之間的社會網絡關係較薄弱時,很容易將會造成企業內部的不和諧,影響企業的運作順利。所以,企業在徵選優秀的人才時,個體社會網絡關係也必須是一個考慮的重點之一。
    因此在本文中我們將探討內控人格特質與社會網絡之間的關係。本研究採取便利抽樣方式,共發出420分問卷,回收281份問卷,其中有效問卷為281份。此外我們利用SPSS統計軟體為基本研究分析工具。透過實證結果我們發現,社會網絡中社會網絡關係以及社會接觸和內控人格特質呈現正向的關係,這個結果代表當人格特質越傾向於內控人格特質時,將會有較強的社會網絡關係以及社會接觸能力。此外在我們的實證結果中也發現,內控人格特質和社會網絡連絡頻率呈現負向相關,因此我們可以推論當人格特質傾向於外控人格特質時,越容易關心其他人關心的事物,聯繫的頻率也將越頻繁。

    In order to create the best performance and market share, the social networks will be the most important part. When the employee has weak social network, it will damage company profit. Therefore, it is important for company to choose employee who has the best social network. In this paper we want to examine the relationship between internal personality and social network. Study and adopt the convenient way of sampling, send out 420 questionnaires together, among them the valid questionnaire is 281, the rate of recovery of effective sample is 66.9%. Utilize SPSS to count the software as the analysis tool of basic
    research.
    Result of study find that there are positive relationships among internal personality,social network relationship as well as social network contact. In comparison with above finding, a negative relationship between internal personality and frequency of social network contact
