本文為以個人創作為中心所建構之創作自述,藉由藝術實踐探討自身經驗與個人理念,結合符號語彙建立之創作軌跡形成,分析圖象視覺象徵意涵之選擇和形式呈現方式,逐步釐清創作脈絡。首章說明個人創作動機與研究目的,在自我檢視下之繪畫表現形式的關聯性。第二章深入探究東西方相關學理的源流與精神核心,由西方抽象繪畫的形式特徵與移情作用說的美學觀點,對應到中國書畫的表現元素與哲學思想,兩者實則呈現殊途同歸的結果。第三章是個人創作理念,經過對東西方抽象繪畫的學理探究,進而從思想內涵及形式符號上反思個人創作作品,透過對圖象、文學與藝術哲學的深入探討所呈現之交集,進一步審視創作作品,而內在自我觀照在此是相當重視的一部份。第四章為個人作品呈現與創作手法,對複合媒材的材料試煉與藝術實踐作品做一階段性報告,並由平面繪畫之物理靜止性質,表現瞬間心理流動狀態的多變性,傳達自身的情感與精神性,顯露於畫面之上,作為由個人生命歷程累積所提出的觀點。第五章是結論與省思,綜觀個人創作脈絡歷程,以期個體精神的穿透力以藝術作品的樣貌呈現出來。
This thesis centered on an individual creation style. With the help of artistic practice, we discuss personal experience and Aesthetics. And through the track of creation constructed by symbol vocabulary, we analyze visual-imagery entailments with selections and presentation forms. Finally, we attempt to clarify the thread of conception step by step. Firstly, chapter one states the purpose and motivation of this study at the same time self-examines the relationship between artistic competence and the way it performs. Exploring the original spirit of western and eastern art, which is chapter two. The characteristics of western abstract art and the theory of empathy out of the aesthetic viewpoint are paralleling with Chinese painting and calligraphy philosophy. As a matter of fact, both reach the same goals by different means. Chapter three is an extension of personal conception. After investigating western and eastern art theories, their connotation and symbolic meanings reflect on creations. Furthermore, we take a closer look at creations via the convergence of images, literature, and art philosophy. Undoubtedly, self-reflection is an essential part of this section. The fourth part elaborates creation techniques. It’s a preliminary report on composite material experiments and artistic realizations. The static quality of painting not only expresses the diversity of fleeting mental flow status also conveys self-emotions and spirits, which is revealed at creations. Here we raise a personal point of view via one’s life process. Chapter five includes a conclusion and reflection. In general, we hope by studying individual spirits to penetrate the soul of artistic works.
