The research is aimed at exploring relationship among job stress and aberrant driving behavior of the tourist bus driver. The survey data was collected from 300 valid self-reported questionnaires and analyzed by the packages of SPSS 14.0. The result shows that most of the tourist bus drivers are hired by coach companies; few of them are coach-owners. Generally, these drivers are married, aged about 40-50 and perceived extremely high degree of job stress, particularly by the stressors of long working hours, low income, fatigue, insufficient rest and worries from family. In driver's aberrant driving behavior, the illegal parking seems most unavoidable variable and occupies the highest frequency. The rest variables of aberrant driving behavior, such as fatigue driving and failing to use hands-free calls, occur in lower frequencies. In addition, there are significant differences found between job stress and aberrant driving behavior with personal characteristics, such as age, income, working length. The variables are seen positively interrelated as well. Also, the job stressors and job satisfaction can signifi-cantly predict aberrant driving behavior. Thus, it can be concluded that job stress positively affect aberrant driving behavior.
