The national reserve and training team is selected by the coaches of various schools to recommend excellent players to participate in the selection, using technical and physical testing methods for selection. The coaches of each team develop a set of inherent training models based on their own backgrounds and concepts, resulting in uneven players' movement skills and conceptual levels, and it takes a lot of time to integrate basic movements and techniques during training. This research summarizes the basic training elements of rugby through literature analysis and discussion, combined with the theoretical basis of the subject and its own special practical experience. Research content: Analysis of rugby sports technical structure, physical fitness elements, technical teaching and training plan. Conclusion: Improve the actual effectiveness of the team's training, and achieve a consistent effect on the players' basic movements and conceptual levels. This technical report provides coaches and players as a reference when drawing up training plans in the future, hoping to improve the performance of sports at home and abroad.
