The purpose of this study was to explore the employees of state-owned enterprises the organization leisure participation motivation, the well-being and leisure satisfaction the relationship, and testing the mediating effect of Leisure Satisfaction .The sample objects was the employees of Taiwan Power Company. A total of 486 effective ques-tionnaires were returned. With SPSS (V18.0) statistical software , Descriptive Statis-tics,One-way ANOVA and Hierarchical linear model Analysis were used to analyze the collected data.
The findings of this study were as the follows: 1.The Social Leisure Motivation, Competence-Mastery Leisure Motivation, Stimulus-Avoidance Leisure Motivation and Leisure Satisfaction has positive relationship. 2. The Social Leisure Motivation, Com-petence-Mastery Leisure Motivation and the well-being has positive relationship. 3. The Leisure Satisfaction and the well-being present the positive tendency. 4. The Leisure Satisfaction is a mediator between the Social Leisure Motivation, Competence-Mastery Leisure motivational and well-being.
We suggest Findings of this study should be considered by the relevant government organizations, in order to improve job performance and well-being.
