    Title: 奈米彈性接觸之有限元素分析

    Abstract: 奈米接觸問題一般使用分子動力學或有限元素法來求解。分子動力學需要大量計算,適合處理較小範圍之接觸現象。有限元素法可以處理較大範圍,且在處理塑性變形上較為便利。本研究以有限元素法分析奈米接觸問題。以有限元素法求解奈米接觸的問題時,奈米級分子間之位能可用Lennard-Jones potential 來描述。將Lennard-Jones potential 作體積分,可求出物體間之奈米作用力。由於體積分耗時,且誤差大,無法應用於實際之分析。因此,本研究使用 divergence theorem 將體積分轉變成面積分,將結果套入有限元素軟體中,作為body force,即可求出任意形狀之物體之奈米接觸力。本研究將探討剛性球體與彈性半平面之奈米接觸力。本研究使用的方法可以套用至任意形狀物體之奈米接觸上。預期這項研究成果可以應用至實際的奈米科技中。
