    Abstract: 焊道延性測試(weld ductility test)和碾平測試(flattening test)旨在測試評估管線管延性。在測試過程,圓管經碾壓由圓管變形成橢圓管,因管徑與管厚度不同,各圓管所承受之弧度(curvature)變化不同,而其管壁所遭遇之應變大小與變化亦有所不同。加上不同強度規格之管隨不同尺寸亦有不同最低延性標準之規定,因此在焊道延性測試和碾平測試時,其管壁所產生之測試應變是否適於測試各管之延性,值得進一步探討。針對九十二年度研究計劃所發現API 5L 和5LC 在規範測試應變與最低延性標準有不盡調協(match)之缺失,本計劃擬全面分析API5L 和5LC 所登錄之管線管在碾平測試和焊道延性測試之過程,其管壁所承受之應變大小與變化,並整體評估API 5L 和 5LC 對管延性要求之規範。從測試應變與管延性需相調協與對等之關係,來審核此規範對各不同管徑、厚度、強度之管線管在碾平測試和焊道延性測試之適用性,並針對其缺失提出合理(rationalized)與一致(consistent)之修正方案,使新規範在輾平測試與焊道延性測試能提供可以合理反映API 5L/5LC 內不同尺寸、不同強度的管線管延性測試條件。
