    Title: 粗糙表面之吸引彈塑力分析

    Abstract: 在奈米科技與微機電的研究之中，表面之接觸佔有重要的地位。在奈米接觸力學中，與巨觀接觸最大的不同，是除了巨觀的彈性力學之外，吸引力也佔有重要地位。本研究分析直角座標系統中，球體與粗糙表面間的吸引及彈塑性接觸力學。由於直角座標系分析中，格點數相當多，因此需要使用FFT 之convolution、inexact Newton method、Bi-CGSTAB、preconditioning 等方法來求解。預期這項研究成果可以應用至實際的微機電系統及奈米科技中。
