    Title: 土肉桂種原精油品系遺傳分型與分子鑑定

    Abstract: 土肉桂為台灣特有的樹種，中國文化大學的華林林場有建立土肉桂營養系庫。為了有效的管理與利用種原，必須進行土肉桂的遺傳歧異度分析。目前土肉桂尚未有利用分子標記進行種原鑑定並能藉由分子指紋分析檢定主要精油品系的相關研究文獻，故本研究擬利用分子標記ISSR(Inter Simple Sequence Repeat)檢測土肉桂的分子指紋與精油成份之關係，並估算土肉桂種原之遺傳變異。期待能尋找出經濟價值較高的土肉桂種原，並利用這些種原，建立遺傳資料庫。
