    摘要: 研究證實刻板印象是透過刻板印象威脅,進而影響個體的表現。本研究以性別刻板印象威脅(gender stereotype threat)為自變項,以組織公民行為之組織公益行為、組織公民行為之人際利他行為及角色內行為為因變項,並透過性別角色特質為干擾變項,以深入探討這些變項之間的關係。
    本研究以警察此男性主導職業為抽樣對象,並藉由便利抽樣方式發放問卷;透過獨立樣本T檢定方法檢視性別刻板印象威脅與組織公益行為、人際利他行為及角色內行為之關係;以二因子變異數分析方法檢視性別角色特質是否會干擾性別刻板印象威脅與組織公益行為、人際利他行為及角色內行為之關係。男女警察績效的檢定結果顯示,在存在性別刻板印象威脅之情境裡,女警的人際利他行為績效沒有顯著高於男警,但是女警的角色內行為績效、組織公益行為績效皆顯著高於男警;而自變項與因變項之關係並不會受到性別角色特質的干擾。最後,本研究根據研究結果,針對管理實務以及後續學術研究方面提出相關建議的說明。
    The research uses gender stereotype threat as an independent variable; organiza-tional citizenship behaviors-organization(OCBO), organizational citizenship behav-iors-individuals(OCBI) and in-role behavior(IRB) as dependent variables to explore the relationships between these variables. Through the moderate function on gender role, we can clarify further the relationships on these variables.
    The research uses convenience sampling for female amd male police as samples. The results come to 140 effective samples and support a part of hypotheses by the ex-amination of independent-samples T-test and two-way ANOVA.
    The results reveal that in the gender stereotype threat condition, the female police performance of OCBI isn’t higher than male, but the female police performance of OCBO and IRB are higher than male. The police is positioned as male-oriented occupa-tion traditionally which means men is more suitable than women, but the results show that the performance of female police isn’t worse than male police. Finally, the research provides several suggestions for management and academic research.
